What are the delivery charges for items purchased from the online store?
Modern Fiber uses UPS to ship its goods, which are based on standard UPS rates depending on weight, customer location and preferred delivery date. Those options and their projected delivery range are made available at checkout. We do not subsume any profit or retail margin on shipping. Please contact Modern Fiber directly for any accelerated delivery requests.
What if I would like to return an item purchased from the online store?
No problem – just be sure to read our Return Policy and follow the simple instructions. This allows us to properly restock the item for a future owner and ensures the appropriate amount is credited back to your card.
If something is sold out or no longer available may I order it?
Typically the goods that Modern Fiber sells are uniquely designed and one of a kind, making it difficult to acquire an item that is no longer in stock. However, some products are available on “back order,” and will ensure you are in the front of the line.
Which online payment methods does Modern Fiber accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We currently do not sell online to destinations outside the U.S. or Canada (please inquire for other methods).

Absolutely. Look for the full details of your purchase in an email, which will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout or as a registered guest.
